Digital Business Cards for Teams and Companies

Give everyone in your company a branded digital business card, managed from one admin account and billed on one invoice.

Why teams move off paper

A box of printed cards is out of date the moment someone changes role, number or office.

Paper business cards are ordered in batches, and batches assume nothing changes. Someone is promoted, a mobile number changes, the company rebrands, a new person starts on Monday — and the box in the stationery cupboard is suddenly wrong. Most teams keep handing the old ones out anyway, because reprinting is slow and expensive.

A digital business card removes the reprint entirely. Each person has a profile at a fixed web address with their name, job title, phone, email, links and photo. They edit it whenever something changes, and every QR code and wallet pass already in circulation points at the updated version. Nothing to reorder, nothing to throw away.

For a company, the more useful part is what an administrator controls centrally:

  • Consistent branding. Set your logo, brand colours, cover image and card template once, at company level. Every member's card and wallet pass uses them, so nobody improvises their own layout.
  • One place to add and remove people. Invite by email; deactivate when someone leaves and their card stops resolving immediately.
  • One bill. The company account pays for every profile through a single Stripe subscription, monthly or yearly, instead of expensing print runs department by department.
  • A shared URL space. Company cards live at link-centre.com/your-company/firstname, so the address itself reads as your organisation rather than as a random link.

How team cards work in Link Centre

  1. Create the company account. Sign up, switch the account to a business account, and pick your company slug — the word that appears in every member's URL.
  2. Set your branding once. Upload a logo, choose your primary and accent colours, add a cover image and select one of the card templates. This is applied to every profile in the organisation, including the Apple and Google Wallet passes.
  3. Invite the team by email. Send invitations individually or paste a list of addresses for a bulk invite. Each person sets their own password and fills in their own details: job title, direct line, email, bio and links.
  4. Everyone shares their card. From their phone, by QR code, by wallet pass, or as a plain link in an email signature. Whoever receives it can save the contact straight to their phone without installing anything.

Members can always edit their own contact details. Branding stays with the administrator, which is what keeps fifty cards looking like one company rather than fifty.

What every team card includes

  • A public profile page with photo, job title, bio, phone, email and unlimited links.
  • A permanent QR code that always resolves to the current version of that profile.
  • Save-to-contacts, so a new contact lands in the recipient's phone as a normal entry.
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, carrying the same QR code.
  • A contact capture form, so visitors can leave their details with you as well.
  • Analytics: profile views over time, devices, locations and which links get clicked.

Pricing is deliberately simple: £4.99 per month for the account and £3.99 per month for each additional profile, or the yearly equivalent with one month free. A ten-person team is £4.99 plus nine seats. See the full breakdown on the pricing page, or read how the QR code and wallet passes work.
